Es besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, bestückt mit zwei Einzelbetten, einem Vollbad mit Dusche und Badewanne und einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche mit einem Esstisch für bis zu 4 Personen. Eine kleine Sitzgruppe + Schlafsofa, Sideboards und ein Flachbildfernseher (SAT-TV) und sehr angenehme Beleuchtung machen die Einrichtung komplett. Der Kleiderschrank mit ausreichend Platz für Ihre persönlichen Sachen steht im großen Flur. Zur Ausstattung der Küche gehört ein Geschirrspüler, ein elektrischer 4-Platten-Herd mit Abluft, ein Backofen, ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle, sowie Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, und natürlich ausreichend Geschirr. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine separate Duschkabine und ist aufgrund eines großen Fensters schön hell und freundlich. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehört außerdem Internetzugang per W-Lan. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett stehen unseren Gästen im Keller des Hauses gemeinschaftlich zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ruhig und grün, sehr nah am Rheinufer. Vor dem Haus befinden sich 4 PKW-Stellplätze, die Sie gegen geringe Gebühr buchen können. Falls Sie nicht mit dem Auto angereist sind, gelangen Sie bequem mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt von Koblenz. Eine Haltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses. Den Gästen steht außerdem eine gemeinschaftliche Terrasse sowie ein Grill zur Verfügung. Auf Anfrage sind ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett gegen Gebühr erhältlich. Ein Haustier ist nach Absprache ebenfalls gegen Gebühr willkommen. Heizung und Warmwasseraufbereitung läuft über moderne Gasthermen. In unseren Mietpreisen sind immer alle Energiekosten, wie Gas, Wasser, Elektrizität und auch der Zugang zum Internet via W-Lan eingerechnet. All unsere Wohnungen sind Nichtraucherwohnungen. Veranstaltungen sind auf dem Grundstück nicht gestattet.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Wohnung hell und sehr praxisnah eingerichtet, eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Linie zur City befindet sich in weniger als 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das Apartmenthaus-Abendsonne befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Rheins, ca. 2 km rheinabwärts vom berühmten "Deutschen Eck". Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße, erste Parallelstraße zum Rhein, nur ca. 50 Meter von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt, nur ca. 400 Meter vom Koblenzer Messegelände entfernt, in einer reinen guten Wohnumgebung. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, grün und sehr nah am Rheinufer gelegen. Die Wohnung im großen Hochparterre bietet 92 m² Wohnfläche mit einem Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer, geeignet für bis zu 7 Personen. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, WLAN, ein Fernseher sowie ein Balkon und eine Waschmaschine stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Ein Hochstuhl ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Bis zu 2 Haustiere sind willkommen. Vor dem Haus befinden sich 4 PKW-Stellplätze, die Sie gegen geringe Gebühr buchen können. Hinter dem Haus haben wir für unsere Gäste eine kleine, teils überdachte Sitzlandschaft angelegt, wo man in unseren Gartenmöbeln zusammen sitzen und auf Wunsch auch grillen kann. Dazu stellen wir bei Bedarf sehr gerne einen Elektrogrill zur Verfügung. Sollten Sie sich Ihre Fahrräder mitgebracht, oder ausgeliehen haben, so können Sie diese bei uns im Haus kostenfrei einstellen. Die entsprechenden Stellen werden wir Ihnen bei Bedarf an Ihrem Anreisetag zeigen und sofern gewünscht auch einige von uns beschriebene Ganztagsfahrradtouren-Tipps übergeben, die Sie auch kombiniert mit Bus, Bahn und Schiff vornehmen können. Damit wäre mit Sicherheit bereits ein Zweiwochenprogramm perfekt gesichert. Abschließend noch die Information, dass Sie in Ihrer gesamten Buchungszeit immer eine direkte Ansprechperson von unserem Team haben, die immer gerne hilft, berät und Ihnen in allen Bereichen zur Seite steht.
